Consumer allows Five Garage Services to contact you via e-mail, fax, internet, or any unlisted telecommunications device for the listed but not limited to the terms above. Five Garage will not disclose any information to a third party without your consent. If for any reason you would like to stop receiving our notifications please call our customer relations and file a request.

Five Garage Private Services, LLC. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the item/items or service/services.
Five Garage reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Any listed price is not guaranteed. Also note that larger vehicles particularly light trucks, vans, pick ups, and larger sedans will increase in price. Preliminary estimate will not necessarily match final price, if price exceeds fifty dollars over original estimate, the customer will be notified.

Liability Compliance:
Owner/operator implies the possession of full coverage insurance on vehicle including comprehensive, uninsured motorist, and a valid driver’s license in the state where insured. Owner of property where on-site service is performed agrees property is privately owned and insured. Owner/operator of vehicle to be serviced, inspected, or appraised acknowledges that Five Garage Services, LLC Parnters or associates are not liable for any damages or repairs due to damage before or thereafter our possession of the vehicle. Five Garage Services reserves the right to neglect any job for appropriate implications including but not limited to: attached dwelling conditions, uninsured property, inadequate work area, inadequate source of running water, 120V of alternating current, or a reason not listed. Five Garage Services, LLC, an Illinois Company, hereby is not be liable for any kind of dispute brought upon by case or by class and subject to mediation per conditions of Five Garage Services at the expense of concerned party.
